Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your travel gear. Since our business is based on immediate customization (Print-on-Demand), specific policies apply.

1. Order Cancellations

Because orders are automatically submitted to Printify production hubs as soon as payment is confirmed via Stripe, order cancellations are not possible once checkout is complete.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with printing errors, factory damages, or rips, email us a photo of the product within 14 days. We will dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Size Selection & Remorse

Since each apparel is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer sizing errors or change of mind. Please check size guides carefully on product pages.
